Services Matrix | Full Service Description

The TSRP Services Matrix below is a summary of service tiers and key features supported by the Project and new telephone switch solution. The various additional features will be announced and offered as they are implemented within specific areas of the campus.

Please note that features listed under the Advanced Service Tier will be available initially only to those users that are part of an IP telephony pilot. The Advanced services will be available to other campus users only after the pilots have been completed and all issues resolved.
