There are two ways
to contact us for cable TV services, on-line or by telephone.
Before you call, please check the following:
1. Is the problem just one TV set? Or, multiple sets in many rooms in
the building? This helps if we know this information.
2. Can you only see channels 2-13 and nothing over 14? This is always a
problem with your TV, not the cable system.
- To call about an outage between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM:
319-335-5898.
- To call about an outage after hours, call 319-335-5898 and leave a voice mail message.
- Be considerate... please do not call us at midnight to say the cable
has been out for days... call us right away during the day.
- We cannot always dispatch a cable technician over the weekend, but we
will try and get your service up as soon as possible.
