TNS will begin deploying the new telephones on a scheduled basis. The
process of replacing existing analog phones is expected to take 6 to 12
months beginning in early December 2005. We will be contacting
individuals by e-mail to notify you of the date you are scheduled to have
your telephone changed out.
At the time of installation
of new phones in your location (to be scheduled), customers will have a
one-time opportunity to trade-in their existing University-furnished analog
telephone for a new analog Caller ID telephone at no cost. See the
TNS Pricing web page
for details on new purchases outside the TSRP Project.
