Main Menu

• M - Make message
• P - Play message
• U - User options
• X - Exit system

Make Message

1. Enter mailbox(es) or distribution list
2. Press # to begin recording
3. Record message
4. Press # to end message
5. Press:
   • A - Append
   • D - Discard & Record Again
   • M - Message addressing options
   • R - Review
   • X - Send & exit to main menu

Message Addressing Options

• C - Confidential 
• F - Future Delivery 
• R - Return receipt requested 
• U - Mark urgent
• X - Exit to make message

Prompts:

• P - Play 
• K - Keep message 
• D - Discard message 
• A - Answer message 
• G - Give message 
• X - Send messages & exit to main menu

• T - Go to top of next message 
• * - Back up 5 seconds 
• # - Forward 5 seconds 
• 1 - Pause 30 seconds

• G - Greeting 
• N - Name 
• P - Passcode 
• L - Make distribution list (01-09) 
• T - Tutorial 
• C - Call schedule options 
• X - Exit to main menu
